As Toptal’s Director of Business Development & Sales Gary is accountable for creating and maintaining a world-class experience for all Toptal clients through hiring, developing, and retaining our top talent on the sales development team. Previously, he served as a recruiter and executive working in engineering testing. His 10+ year career has included leadership roles across startups, agencies, and large companies including the Department of Defense spanning multiple industries. Gary holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in leadership science and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in organizational leadership.
