Gena Restivo is the Vice President, Corporate Affairs & Sustainability at AstraZeneca Canada Inc., one of the world’s leading biopharmaceutical companies. Gena has more than 20 years’ experience in the biopharmaceutical sector, having held senior leadership roles across Information Technology, Human Resources, Communications and now Corporate Affairs, Government Affairs, & Sustainability. In this role, Gena and the team advance important work that supports the health of people, society, and the planet.
Prior to assuming her role in Corporate Affairs, Gena spent almost six years as the Vice President, Human Resources & Communications, advancing strategic people priorities at a local, regional and global level. She has extensive experience leading business transformations, cultivating highly engaged teams, and nurturing inclusive work cultures achieved through her people-oriented approach to leadership and inspiring creative disruption to deliver impact.
