Giselle Mota is a tech-focused professional with a passion for enabling and advocating diversity, equity and inclusion at work and beyond. Recognized as a Top 100 Future of Work Thought Leader, Giselle often speaks at conferences and events on an inclusive future of work. She serves as the Chief of Product Inclusion at ADP where she leads DEI initiatives throughout the 200+ product portfolio, defining strategy and supporting product capabilities to ensure inclusive design. Giselle helps drive adoption of DEI capabilities within product offerings, providing a seamless end-to-end experience for clients and users.
Prior to this role, Giselle spent four years as Principal Consultant for ADP’s Future of Work team. As such, she collaborated with cross-functional teams to drive better outcomes for employers and workers. Giselle helped ADP sales teams and client organizations evaluate their readiness to navigate the evolving future of work. She provided guidance on emerging technologies and helped solidify ADP’s value proposition.
Giselle’s passion and expertise led to significant contributions internally by driving and contributing to efforts to embed inclusive principles into ADP data-driven technology. She was on the task force behind the creation of the ADP®DataCloud™ Diversity Dashboard. Giselle also consulted on the creation of the organization’s DEI digital toolkit to help organizations address these business-critical issues. She sits on the board for Thrive, ADP’s disability inclusion BRG, and is active across many future of work and inclusion committees.
Giselle extends her focus on inclusion beyond ADP. She is also the creator of NFTY Collective, which focuses on bringing disability inclusion into emerging technologies of web3 and metaverse. Giselle is also a visiting Inclusive People Analytics and AI instructor for UFM.
