Gregory is a Human Resources and Technology senior leader with 20 years of international experience enabling the HR function to be more strategic, innovative, and business-leading. He has lived in France, Switzerland, and the United States, where he is currently located. He partners with HR and IT executive teams at global, zone and market levels to shape and deliver strategies helping HR and the workforce be future-fit. In his current role he is transforming the IT organization to be more agile, performing, and cost-effective; enabled through the successful deployment of the HR Transformation program (H2R) in the US. Gregory is passionate about transforming organizations to enable people and business resilience and growth and leverages technology and human-centered design practices to make a creative difference.
