Guillermo has extensive leadership experience in complex multinational environments, focused on organizational development and people performance acceleration, driving digital platforms and user-centered business initiatives across global organizations. Before joining Boeing in March 2021, Guillermo had a global career with IBM, leading Global CSR, being its CLO, heading HR for the Digital Business Group and other executive roles in US, Europe, Africa, Middle East and LATAM.
