Jeffrey Green is Chief Human Resources Officer at Osaic, the nation’s largest network of independent wealth management firms. Jeffrey initially joined Advisor Group, now Osaic, to establish the HR Business Partner function, creating programs and initiatives necessary to support the needs of a growing business.. Areas of focus included defining and creating a performance culture, performance management, talent management, employee engagement, retention, selection of top talent, leadership development, employee relations, diversity and inclusion and organizational design. Jeffrey then served as Acting Chief Human Resources Officer from March of 2020 through February of 2021, navigating the firm through the pandemic.

 

In September of 2021, Jeffrey accepted the position as head of Total Rewards with responsibility over the compensation, payroll, benefits and HRIS teams.  He was accountable for the development and execution of a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligned employee rewards with business objectives, helping the business to attract, reward, and retain top talent through general and executive compensation, benefits, payroll and HRIS programs and systems. Jeffrey and the Total Rewards team were also responsible for HR M&A activity to include diligence, cultural and team integration, and synergy realization.

 

Prior to Advisor Group, Jeffrey was an HR Manager at AIG supporting AIG Advisor Group, brokerage distribution, strategic accounts, qualified plans and annuity sales on a variety of HR matters including employee relations, organizational design and talent management. Previous appointments include various HR roles at global petrochemical company LyondellBasell and Comerica Bank’s business bank unit.Jeffrey lives in Phoenix with his husband and three dogs. He enjoys cooking, movies and trains for and races in Ironman 70.3 events throughout the year.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Master of Science in Foresight and Future Studies from the University of Houston.
