She has led in large global organizations, as well as start-ups, across several industries. Her expertise and experience are in Change Leadership, Organizational and Leadership Development, Culture Transformation, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, and Talent Management.
What inspires her the most? Seeing the impact that people, systems, and processes (when done well) can have on delivering results. This has fueled her passion in the Talent and Leadership space.
