Joanna Clark is a transformational people-first leader known for her commitment to employees’ professional growth and personal well-being. Based in San Diego, California, she leads Strategy and Transformation for Talent Acquisition. Prior to her current role, she was the Head of International TA responsible for more than 20,000 hires annually.
Before joining Wells Fargo more than a decade ago, Joanna began her career with AT&T and held numerus talent acquisition roles with the AT&T family of companies, including Chief of Staff and Associate Director of U.S. University Relations. She had the opportunity to move five times with AT&T living in great cities such as Detroit, Chicago, and the Bay Area of California.
Joanna was a division 1 college athlete that enjoys a challenge, one of her more prized accomplishments was finishing the 70.3 Vineman Ironman in 2010. Her passion for helping others extends beyond the workplace and into her community, where she is an executive board member and former board chair for the San Diego LGBT Community Center, one of the largest centers in the country promoting the health and wellness of the LGBTQ community. She lives in San Diego with her family and a houseful of rescue animals.
