Karen is a passionate, analytical and future-looking professional, she is currently playing the role of Americas P&C Services VP, with her team they manage the hire-to-retire processes for the Americas and they participate in Global projects representing the Western hemisphere.
Although she works in human resources that was not always the case: she is an electrical engineer, and she loves both professions deeply. Since her graduation, she has been working in the Energy Industry.
Karen believes that happy people generate way better outcomes, so she is always mindful of their work environment, bringing energy and fun, and they know that people always come first. Her passion is to see people grow in their lives and careers.
