Kirsty is Head of US HR & Global Projects at the Financial Times where she leads the people strategy for the US business in addition to being the HR Business Partner for the Global HR team. She’s also a member of the FT’s Global Senior Management Group. Kirsty’s 20+ years of HR business partnering experience spans a variety of different industries, the majority with a global focus. Originally from the UK and a graduate from the University of London, she’s been based in New York for the past 10 years.
