Kyle Forrest is a Principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP and serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting practice, where he is responsible for collaborating with the many talented individuals within who identify emerging issues/trends for our clients and develop research-backed eminence. Kyle also advises clients on the Human Capital related aspects of business transformations and M&A transactions, from function-specific items like the HR operating model and HR technology strategy, to enterprise-wide items like organization design, culture, change management, and workforce mix.
