During her time in professional services, she has had both internal and client-facing roles. She has consulted cross-sector with global fortune 500 companies. Some of her favorite projects include: creating an onboarding program impacting 80,000 new hires per year; developing a configurable digital skills academy to modernize the workforce of a Fortune 50 pharmaceutical company; creating an enterprise curriculum for a large healthcare organization; developing an end-to-end talent model for a large Utilities company that included role profiles, competency and skill assessment, performance management, coaching, training, and staffing; and, developing recruiting, onboarding, staffing, and training solutions to quickly scale a State Department of Public Health as they quickly responded to the Covid pandemic by hiring 2,000 contact tracers, case investigators, and supervisors.
