Lauren Ocepek is the Director of Product Research at Paycom, a leading S&P 500 company in the HR technology space. With over 14 years of experience at Paycom, Lauren has established herself as a visionary leader and a driving force behind Paycom’s success. Based in Orange County, Lauren cemented herself as a top-selling sales rep, eventually stepping into management. She built a legacy of success in Paycom’s Orange County office, using her expertise to train other sales reps and lead the most successful Paycom sales office for 6 years in a row. Her passion for empowering her colleagues to reach new heights and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration has earned her a reputation as a dedicated and inspiring leader. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science in French and fashion merchandising from the University of Georgia and spent a year abroad in Paris. Lauren’s fashion background helped her develop strong sales and customer service skills. Outside of her professional pursuits, Lauren spends her time raising her two children and serving as a Big Sister with the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization.
