Lynne is the Chief People Officer of Zoom, a NASDAQ 100 (ZM) company in hyper-growth. She has been a key advisor to C Suite executives with 25 years of demonstrated leadership experience driving profitable growth strategies for startups, private and public companies – domestic and international – across a variety of industries, including 10 years in investment banking. Joining Zoom just prior to IPO in 2019, Lynne is navigating continued business scaling,and employment engagement as well as safeguarding culture during the pandemic.
Prior to Zoom, Lynne has held leadership roles with Televerde in Phoenix, AZ, Driscoll’s in Watsonville, CA, Suntrust Bank in Atlanta and BNP Paribas in NY, NY. She has been an agent of change in her career transforming every aspect of Human Resources in the companies she has worked.
