Post pandemic, UNLEASH events were completely rebuilt and since 2022, has continued its upward trajectory with a growth rate of 418%.Since 2008, Marc has created a number of successful HR brands that have helped shape trusted HR communities worldwide. Marc and his team have worked with 100’s of startups globally that have since raised over $15 billion in funding.Marc began his professional career at Microsoft HQ in Seattle, then moved to Optiva/Sonicare a fast growing firm before moving into the world of media and events. He’s lived and worked in many places, such as Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo, Seattle, Singapore, Auckland, Sydney, London, and the beautiful city of Budapest where he currently resides with his wife and 3 children.Prior to UNLEASH, Marc produced and managed successful sports and business events, including the America’s Cup, FIFA World Cup, CFO Summit, World Oil & Gas Congress, and The China CEO Summit.Educated in Ireland at the The University of Galway and boarded at Midleton College. Marc has a Higher Diploma in Quality Control Management, Applied Biology & Physics, a BSc in Microbiology and an MSc in Biotechnology.In his free time, Marc embraces the great outdoors by embarking on fishing trips and hiking through vast and remote wilderness with no humans, just resources!
