Marilyn has over 20 years of senior leadership, strategy, sales, marketing, alliances, and subject-matter expert roles in HR SaaS providers including Cornerstone OnDemand, Peoplefluent/Vector VMS/Affirmity (now LTG portfolio), Lawson Software (acquired by Infor) along with HR strategic leadership consulting PDI Ninth House (acquired by Korn Ferry) and SAP SuccessFactors implementation firm 3D Results (acquired by Rizing). Marilyn is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management, and also holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Isenberg School of Management.
