Marjorie Williamson, CCP, SPHR is the Senior Vice President, Global Total Rewards & HR Operations at RTI International where she is responsible for leading global Benefits, Compensation, Employee Services, HR Analytics, HR Operations and Compliance, and HRIS. RTI International is an independent non-profit research institute whose mission it is to, “Improve the Human Condition by Turning Knowledge into Practice.” RTI has over 6,000 employees with employees in over 50 countries.
Marjorie has more than 30 years of experience developing global total rewards philosophies, strategies, and programs that align with organizational strategy, values, and culture. She has demonstrated expertise in incentive plan design, executive compensation, and international remuneration as well as experience in benefits design and communication, HR Technology, Data, and Analytics, and global HR compliance and employment administration. Her experience crosses several industries including pharmaceutical, manufacturing, insurance, transportation, and consulting. Ms. Williamson holds a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Texas.
Marjorie is also honored to be on the faculty of WorldatWork, a premier Total Rewards professional association. She is the executive sponsor for the RTI Accessibility Employee Resource Group and is on the steering committee of Wake Invests in Women, an initiative in North Carolina to reduce the gender wage gap.
