With a career solely dedicated to UPS, starting in 1997 and progressing through various roles such as campus recruitment manager and manager of corporate workforce planning, Matt brings a wealth of experience to his current position. Focused on ensuring a positive candidate experience, he develops and executes strategic plans for talent acquisition, with a primary focus on meeting and exceeding candidate expectations.
