Megan Kleinick leads HR product management at JLL, where her team delivers best-in-class HR experiences through technology. As a technology leader, she partners with HR to craft strategic product roadmaps. Prior to JLL she’s held roles in HR Operations and HRIS and was an early adopter of Workday. She has experience working with a variety of HR software solutions, including Workday, ServiceNow, HiredScore, Avature, and other innovative technologies. Megan has a passion for working
in dynamic and collaborative teams to solve complex business problems. She holds a BBA from University of Wisconsin and an MBA from University of Chicago Booth.
