Mei Kim serves as Senior Director of People Insights & Analytics with Mondelēz International. With over 20 years of experience, Mei has cultivated extensive expertise in data processes, systems, HR technology, reporting, and advanced analytics. Her career journey spans ERP implementations, data management, and governance, with a current focus on leveraging AI—particularly generative AI—to enhance workforce insights for analytics teams and HR practitioners.
Mei has led high-impact analytics teams, building strong relationships with business leaders, and sponsoring transformative analytics projects. Mei builds capabilities in predictive modeling, labor market analytics, strategic workforce planning, ESG, CSRD, Pay Transparency and ONA that help shape data-driven decision-making across the organization. With a focus on developing talent within her teams, Mei is also recognized for her innovative approach to integrating AI into people analytics practices, building data literacy for the HR community.
Mei holds a master’s degree in computer science. Beyond her professional endeavors, she is a passionate lifelong learner who enjoys listening to podcasts and audiobooks while walking her dog, Mochi. Her favorite Mondelēz snacks are Tate’s Bake Shop’s Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies.
