Missy Hallead is a ‘People First’ human resources leader and currently serves as the Senior Vice President for Global Talent and People and Culture for Aristocrat Technologies. With experience across diverse and global industry sectors including technology, gaming, hospitality, and education, Missy is passionate about equipping and encouraging others to reach their potential and attracting and aligning diverse talent to drive business results. Specializing in the areas of leadership effectiveness, talent optimization, organizational development, change management, employee experience, leadership development, executive coaching, executive recruitment, and succession planning, Missy is relentless in her pursuit of enabling others to become the best versions of themselves. In addition, with an emphasis on leading with courage and an attitude of TGIM (Thank God it’s Monday), Missy focuses on diversity and inclusion, growing high performers, maximizing teams, and multiplying the influence of the leaders she engages with. Prior to joining Aristocrat, Missy served for over five years at MGM Resorts International in the roles of Vice President for Global and Corporate HR and Vice President of HR for Luxor and Excalibur Hotel and Casino. Prior to transitioning to gaming and technology, Missy served as Assistant Superintendent and CHRO for a nationally recognized school district providing executive leadership across all aspects of human resource management. She has also served in roles of high school principal, associate principal/athletic director, and high school teacher. Missy received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Education from Central Washington University, a master’s degree in Leadership and Administration from Concordia University, and a Human Resources Management Certification from Portland State University.
