Nick is a Solution Architect within Alight’s Engagement Services practice. He is responsible for crafting unique solution sets that combine Alight’s technology & services to meet client goals, with a focus on improving the employee experience and driving meaningful outcomes connected to real life.
Prior to his Solution Architect role, Nick had over 15 years of experience in the Alight Benefits & Wellbeing technology and operations spaces and most recently served as the program manager accountable for deploying new digital experiences to over 200 Alight clients touching millions of employees.
Nick’s expertise includes crafting creative solutions to solve complex client needs with a strong focus on creating personalized employee experiences. Key areas of expertise include deep understanding of data, capabilities and integration points of Alight technology and third-party solution sets.
Nick earned a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Florida State University.
