Olya Evanitsky is Syndio’s Director of Product. She’s helped guide Syndio’s product development across a skyrocketing period of growth (from a handful of employees when she began to 150+ today; and through Series A, B, and C funding). She has product managed Syndio’s PayEQ solution for the last two years, including its award-winning, patent-pending Pay Finder and Pay Policy Analytics features. Over her 25-year technology career, she has excelled at product management, project management, operations, and customer support, in fields as diverse as finance, retail, HR, and media. She is passionate about creating the best possible customer experience. She has a BA from the University of Buffalo and an MA from Ohio State. She lives in New York City.
