I came to Avanade because it was a hybrid company with strong backing but without all the answers. Avanade continues to work on figuring new and better ways to do things. I saw the opportunity 9 years ago, and now I get to live it on a daily basis. My leadership style aligns to many aspects of Avanade culture. One is trying to respond to new ideas with “why not” rather than “no.” So many companies knock ideas down because change is hard. Here, we tend to look at the possibilities rather than the problems.
