Robin Erickson, PhD, leads the development of research insights across all functions of Human Capital for The Conference Board. She is recognized as a thought leader for the effects of COVID-19, layoffs, talent acquisition, talent mobility, employee engagement and experience, retention, and the multigenerational workforce. She has written over 60 reports and been published by The Conference Board and Bersin by Deloitte, as well as the Deloitte Review, Forbes.com, Business Finance, Workspan, and the International Journal of Organizational Analysis to name a few.
An often-requested presenter, Robin has spoken at countless webcasts and member briefings and at over 50 conferences, both nationally and internationally. Prior to joining The Conference Board, she was a research analyst at Bersin and a talent strategies consultant at Deloitte and other consulting firms. She holds a PhD in organizational communication and change from Northwestern University, an MS from Northwestern University, an MA from Northern Seminary, and an AB from the University of Chicago.
