Ronda Bazley Moore is the Chief Talent & Inclusion Officer at
Aptiv, a global technology leader, with more than 200,000
people committed to addressing mobility’s toughest challenges
through deep software and systems integration expertise to
create a safer, greener, and more connected future of mobility.
In this role, Ronda leads a high performing, global team to
enhance the ability of the organization to drive workforce
transformation and competitive differentiation through winning
strategies that attract, engage, develop, and include a diverse
and talented workforce.
Prior to joining Aptiv in 2023, Ronda built a track record of success as a talent
management executive through a career spanning over 20 years with world class
organizations such as Accenture, Bank of America, Deloitte, IBM, and LexisNexis.
Ronda leverages deep expertise in the areas of executive and leadership development,
coaching, talent management, learning and leadership development, employee
experience, performance management, change management, talent acquisition,
organizational design, and DEI to help organizations maximize performance through
their people.
Ronda has been awarded the Brandon Hall Gold Medal, which is one of the most
prestigious awards in the field of Human Capital Management twice, a testament to
Ronda’s differentiating ability to deliver award winning, high value solutions. Ronda has
been awarded the Triangle’s Women in Business Award, which recognizes the region’s
most influential women leaders. Ronda is a consistent top performer and won the
LexisNexis North America and Global Executive Leadership Award twice during her
tenure with the company. Ronda is quickly becoming a leading voice in the DEI space,
receiving the HRO D&I Executive of the Year award, and is sought after internationally
as a speaker and thought leader.
As a leader, Ronda is committed to building a culture of inclusion where people can live
into their fullest potential to enhance business performance. She is especially
passionate about developing the next generation of leaders and has served in various
leadership and board roles in Jack and Jill of America, The National Action Council for
Minorities in Engineering, The Junior League, St. David’s School, The National Charity
League, and The Aptiv Foundation.
A native of Charlotte, North Carolina and a Phi Beta Kappa Graduate from North
Carolina State University’s Graduate School, Ronda now resides in Boston, NC with her best friend and spouse of 18 years and their two children.
