As a results-driven HR leader, Sahana has demonstrated success in leading talent strategies as organizations grew organically or through mergers and acquisitions. She champions integrative approaches geared towards operationalizing vision and behaviors that show up in the daily operating model for scalability and sustainability. 

Sahana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from India, a Masters in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University, and a SHRM-SCP certification. Her bold data-driven leadership has earned her recognition as Crain’s NY 2022 Notable HR Leaders, invitation-based memberships on Forbes HR Council and Chief, along with guest speaker opportunities. So far, she has published 3 articles in 2022 focusing on bold approaches HR can take to operationalize equitable and inclusive culture in organizations (Forbes Council Post, HR Dive Op-ed, HRDConnect Article). Her ability to navigate the dynamic technology space, in areas with particularly high disruption, while continuing to drive positive organizational transformation also strongly positioned her to lead discussions on ‘Managing the Whatifs: Adaptability, Agility and Scenario Planning’, ‘Advantage HR’, and topics related to innovation. Apart from contributions to her profession, Sahana volunteers for Imagine, A Center for Coping with Loss and is an #IamRemarkable facilitator.
