This relentless focus on growth has paid off. Since joining Circus Street in 2016 Sarah has seen headcount multiply over five times and revenues grow by 380% (FY17-FY22) at a CAGR of 30%. Over the same period, the EBITDA margin has gone from a loss of 3% to a profit of 33%
Prior to joining Circus Street Sarah worked for Centaur Media, spending many years as the Publishing Director of the Marketing and Creative portfolio, which included flagship titles Marketing Week and Creative Review.
