Scott is the Chief People Officer at Empower Pharmacy where he is responsible for all aspects of human resources including talent acquisition, learning & development, talent management, total rewards, people operations, people relations and partnering.
Prior to joining Empower Pharmacy, Scott was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of People Puzzle which provided HR transformation and employee experience consulting services. Prior to People Puzzle, Scott held multiple executive and senior leadership positions with multiple management consulting firms including The Hackett Group, Korn Ferry, EY, Capgemini Consulting, and Crowe. Prior to his 25-year professional career, Scott served 10 years in the United States Army.
Scott holds a Doctor of Psychology in Business Psychology, a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and multiple professional certifications.
