As the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at State Street, I lead the strategic and operational aspects of attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent for the second-oldest US bank with operations worldwide. With over 15 years of experience in the talent acquisition field, I have a proven track record of delivering innovative and efficient solutions for global workforce optimization, strategic workforce planning, risk mitigation, data and analytics forecasting, and cost reduction.
Prior to joining State Street, I held various leadership roles at Amazon, where I was selected to launch the sort center business line and strategic staffing of talent in EMEA. I also managed the vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations for the MSP, VMS, and RPO programs across different industries and regions. My mission is to empower the organizations I work with to achieve their goals by leveraging my expertise in process and workflow improvement, innovation and efficiency, and talent management/development.
