With over 15 years of experience in the talent acquisition field, I have a proven track record of delivering innovative and efficient solutions for global workforce optimization, strategic workforce planning, risk mitigation, data and analytics forecasting, and cost reduction.
Prior to joining State Street, I held various leadership roles at Amazon, where I was selected to launch the sort center business line and strategic staffing of talent in EMEA. I also managed the vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations for the MSP, VMS, and RPO programs across different industries and regions.
