Sourabh Deorah is the Co-founder & CEO of Advantage Club, a global platform for employee engagement, with benefits like rewards, flexible benefits, communities and perks on a unified platform. In his current capacity, he is responsible for the strategic direction, product development, and overall business success.
A Master’s degree holder in Computer Science from UCLA with an engineering background, Sourabh majored in machine learning & data mining. He started his professional journey with Amazon & Microsoft in the US. At Amazon, he created the 1st version of platform search for Amazon devices, before setting off with his first entrepreneurial venture, Advantage Club, in 2016 with his partner Smiti Bhatt, also a UCLA alumna. Under his leadership, Advantage Club today has a presence in almost 100+ countries and has partnered with 1000+ corporate companies across the globe.
Advantage Club is redefining the employee engagement world with Sourabh’s unique experience in generating 1.0 scalable product ideas and running large teams. It has evolved into a trusted platform via which companies can engage with their employees more meaningfully.
