In Sumeeta’s role she is responsible for the leadership and delivery of the human capital strategy and capabilities which include: organizational design, strategy and effectiveness, employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, decision support, compensation, diversity and inclusion, training and talent/performance management. Previously, Sumeeta was Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Babcock and Wilcox (B&W), leading global HR and communications.
