Tracy Aguilar has been a pro-active leader in HR and Talent Acquisition for over 20 years. The work she has led with RSM EquiCo, the TJX Companies and most recently with Burlington Stores, has enabled her to bring strategic vision and tactical excellence together – equating to a powerful impact on people, process and progress. Most recently, she has led the Implementation of AI for the Talent Acquisition discipline at Burlington, one of the latest accomplishments in her professional journey. As a result of incorporating this innovation, the national off-price retailer has experienced efficiencies across the board – time, resources and money. Tracy’s most valuable role is being a mom and wife. As a mom of two, she is a huge fan of her son Lucas’s soccer, wrestling and track activities, and is a proud supporter of her daughter Isabella’s love of soccer, gymnastics, dance and more. As a family they enjoy traveling, creating memories together and loving their newest family addition, their Aussiedoodle, Bree.
