Yvette Stortz is Vice President of Talent Acquisition at CVS Health, responsible for the enterprise talent acquisition strategy supporting the business objectives and long-term success of the organization. This includes professional hiring, executive recruiting activities, early-in-career recruiting strategy, employer branding as well as Leadership Development Programs (HiPo and Rotational).
Yvette brings more than 20 years of experience to CVS Health, most recently serving as Vice President for Global Talent Acquisition at Raytheon Technologies (and United Technologies prior to the merger with Raytheon Company). Prior to that, she spent 17 years with Schneider Electric, driving strategic transformation and building global world-class colleague experiences in talent acquisition, mobility, employer branding, executive recruitment, and onboarding programs. She lived in Copenhagen, Denmark and Paris, France as an Expat while at Schneider Electric.
Yvette has been named “Talent Acquisition Leader of the Year” and an “HR Superstar” by HRO Today, demonstrating a proven track record of innovation and excellence in HR and Talent Acquisition. She is an active member of CareerXRoads, the Conference Board’s Talent Acquisition Enterprise Council and is an Advisory Board member at HRO Today North America as well as HireVue.
Yvette holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire and has completed Leadership Development Programs with INSEAD and UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. Her favorite activity (in addition to spending time with her husband and daughter) is spending time at the barn and riding/showing her Hunter/Jumper horse named Sum Good Dream!
