1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is being run by UNLEASH LTD
3. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age and employed within HR (must be an HR Practitioner).
4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
5. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
6. The prize draw is free to enter.
7. This offer applies exclusively to tickets acquired or bought after April 10th. Any successful prizes cannot be claimed for ticket purchases made prior to this date.

8. The prize draw will include those currently on our mailing list and all new subscribers up to 12pm PST on May 1 2024 . Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw

9. To enter the prize draw simply enter your details above and spin the wheel.

10. UNLEASH LTD will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

11. The prizes will consist of: free tickets to UNLEASH America, Buy One Get One Free tickets to UNLEASH America, $300 off a full priced General Attendee ticket to UNLEASH America, 50% off a full priced General Attendee ticket, $500 off a full priced General Attendee ticket to UNLEASH America, 1x night free accommodation at UNLEASH America, x2 tickets for the High Roller Observation Wheel, a seat at Josh Bersin’s webinar, access to the UKG Skills Summit.

12.UNLEASH LTDs use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

13. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

14. Prizes are limited. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

15. The decision of UNLEASH LTD regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

16. Resort fee and tax not included in prize offering for free accommodation.

17. Winners of free accommodation are personally liable for accommodation costs if they do not attend UNLEASH America 2024.

18. The winners will be notified of their prize at the time of entering.

19. UNLEASH LTD will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times if necessary.

20. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by UNLEASH LTD for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

21. All personal information shall be used in accordance with UNLEASH LTDs Privacy Notice.

22. UNLEASH LTD does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.

23. UNLEASH LTD does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to the prize are that of the prize winner.

24. UNLEASH LTD reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

25. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
