At its best, hybrid opens up opportunities to rethink antiquated systems and deploy new approaches that take advantage of different ways of thinking about learning, technology, and human interactions. Some of the specific elements of this new approach include a focus on skills, intentional network design, crafted collaboration, and thoughtfully designed and deployed technology. In this session, we’ll be talking about the forefront of thinking in hybrid learning. We’ll be sharing these new ways learned in employee development, performance management, DEIB, and other people functions. We’ll be focusing on their changes to leadership behaviors, technology, and employee engagement efforts that have enabled and accelerated the shift to hybrid.
