Employee Experience is Not Just an HR Thing

More than ever, employee experience & organizational culture have to be intentional. Paradigms have shifted, experimentation is the new norm and no one great mind, nor department, can solve alone the complex challenges we are faced with.

How to go about it? How to materialize the less tangible?

In this (often less concrete) workplace, building a cross-organizational choreography is crucial. And so is having the right virtual spaces to materialize it.
