Called ‘You Ask, You Find’ Danone’s Global Business Services project led to the roll-out of a unified service portal, to streamline all requests from ‘Danoners’ & handle the associated case management. Danone also decided to replace their intranet with MyDanone, a single multi-lingual, multi-geo unified employee portal, which delivers a personalized experience to every employee. Created using their existing ServiceNow technology, there was no need for Danone to ‘rip and replace’ with something new.
