AI brings incredible potential and huge benefits for our work, enabling us to focus where we can add even greater value, but it comes with risks for humanity. There is a huge anxiety about what AI means for people, their jobs and future success.
We have a responsibility to prepare our people, workforces and future generations with the skills needed to be successful – but how do we define those skills when they change by the second? How do we enable humans to do what they do best in a sustainable way, remaining relevant and growing in line with the speed of change.
