The SoftwareONE Academy is SoftwareONE’s corporate university, educational philanthropy, and a key part of the workforce planning agenda. Currently in 11 countries and growing, it aims to be that bridge from education to employment, to source, recruit, train, develop, and deploy new talent into SoftwareONE, to build a new talent pipeline whilst giving back to regions where the organization has a presence.
