Where Can HR Move the Needle the Most?

We can all be seduced by new and exciting topics and HR initiatives, but it’s important to focus on what we need to do right now and in the immediate future to support the business’ strategy & ambitions.  At the same time, HR needs to have its OWN ambitions, and we need to challenge where the business is at, and in which areas we should move forward. This is a challenging and often imperfect balance.  One important example of this is the investment into HR tech. It’s clearly not just the tech that we’re buying, but a mid to long-term partnership. It’s not just the tech you acquire but also how the tech AND the provider, as a partner, will help us to achieve the priorities of the business.
