Alexandra Malak has 20 years of experience in human resources management across various industries. She began her career in labor relations at IBM and joined the BIC Group in 2004, where she held several HR Director positions in France and the United States.
When she joined the Renault Group in 2019, she took on the role of HR Director for the Global IS/IT/Digital Function and became VP of HR, Digital, Data, and HR Operations in September 2020.
Since September 2021, Alexandra has been a Member of the Board of Directors at Lab RH.
As of November 1, 2023, Alexandra Malak serves as the HR and Workplace Environment Director at Ampere.
