Andreea Wade is VP, Artificial Intelligence at iCIMS, a leading provider of talent acquisition technology that enables organizations everywhere to build winning workforces. She has experience in programming, journalism, product management, business development, entrepreneurship and investing. From serving as a journalist working in TV radio and print media, organizing concerts and festivals to creating an AI/ML company and leading product strategy at a global tech company, Wade has a diverse background. She is passionate about paying it forward and supporting fellow entrepreneurs and founders accomplish extraordinary things. Wade was previously the CEO and co-founder of Opening.io, a data science company, which was acquired by iCIMS in 2020. She is also the Recruitroo Chair of the Board of Directors (a venture backed talent acquisition and relocation technology startup). Wade also serves as a startup mentor, having mentored in all the major incubators and accelerators in Dublin, London, Tel Aviv and Berlin. A former investor, Wade helped run the Irish wing of an EU funded accelerator, served as Head of Product Management in the largest Irish media trust and previously founded several companies.
