A global leader in HR, Anika has amassed more than 20 years of business experience, along with a passion for people and developing their talent. Anika has served in diverse roles across Sydney, London, Paris, and Singapore – helping companies transform through their people. Currently Chief People Officer at Ubisoft, Anika previously held senior HR roles at Dyson, Uber, and Accenture. In addition to her CPO role, Anika is a Board Advisor at Ecosystem, a digital technology research and advisory firm, and AwanTunai, an Indonesian Fintech promoting financial inclusion. Anika has lectured at the Sciences Po University in Paris on International Human Resources Management. She has been invited as a guest lecturer as part of Singapore Management University’s OBHR curriculum.
