Anna Mindelöf is the Chief People Officer of Fiskars Group, the global home of design-driven brands such as Fiskars, Iittala, Rörstrand, Royal Copenhagen, Wedgwood, Waterford, and Moomin by Arabia. Fiskars was founded in 1649 (yes, 1649) and is one of Finland’s oldest companies.
Anna joined the company in March 2022 after working as the CHRO for Fenix Outdoor with other beloved brands like Fjällräven and Hanwag. Before that, she had spent five years at Ericsson (telecom industry) and ten years within Adidas Group (sporting goods).
Under Anna’s leadership, Fiskars Group has embarked on a journey to create an irresistible organization. The ambition has been to build an internal talent market where everyone feels like they belong and ensure that all team members can contribute to Fiskars Group’s purpose: “Pioneering design to make the everyday extraordinary.” For HR, this means creating an unbeatable workplace and helping people become their best, taking on new challenges in the +6,600-strong employee workforce.
