I joined Atlas in 2020 because I saw an opportunity to blend human touch with advancing HCM insights, tools and analytics that could create exceptional experiences for employees and clients. It was a unique opportunity to drive change. If I could move the needle at Atlas, it could extend to employees and worksites all over the world. Global mobility is one way I do that, helping people and companies realize their potential anywhere in the world. Other priorities include employee well-being initiatives, management training programs, learning and development, HR business partnering, global payroll, talent acquisition and ultimately HR product design and execution. After originally joining Atlas as their Chief HR Officer, I shortly I took over as Chief Operating Officer of Atlas which involved significant change within the global operations team (consisting of Global HRSD & benefits, global payroll, global mobility, the global employment law team, global customer implementation and, most recently, a global customer care team). Most recently, I’ve taken on the role of Chief Experience Officer. In that capacity, I am responsible for ensuring the optimal mix and availability of people, solutions and technology our clients rely on to enable our their growth.
