Antony Shields is the People Consulting Partner & Eightfold Relationship Lead at EY for EMEIA, and has over 25 years consulting and corporate leadership experience, helping organizations transform leveraging digital and AI. Today Antony is focused on enabling EY’s clients across EMEIA to realize the value of their digital talent investments, drive HR/AI Transformation and deliver cost reduction, revenue generation and a step change in experience.
Antony also leads HR technology, partnering with EY’s key technology partners, including SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow and AI providers like IBM Watson and Eightfold.
Antony has led the strategy, roadmap, delivery and transformation of EY’s Digital Talent capability for more than 400,000 EY people world-wide. This is being achieved by leveraging EY’s integrated cloud SAP SuccessFactors platform and driving our innovation agenda with AI, Automation/RPA initiatives to ensure a step change in EY employee experience.
Antony previously led the strategy, engagement and delivery of the Eightfold AI NextWave Careers program at EY.
