Artur, now serving as the Chief Human Resources and General Administration Officer at Siili Auto, started his career by co-founding an internet start-up as a student and continued in various management roles, working mostly in IT and engineering fields, for many years in multinational companies. During his career, Artur has been creating, changing, and transforming organizations he managed and led. Previous to Siilli Auto, Artur worked at Volvo Group for 7 years, heading HRIS Operations for the group. In his work, he likes to see a big picture, thinking precisely, not necessarily relying on commonly accepted assumptions. He has knowledge about the wide range of business processes and is using a strategic business perspective when approaching his work challenges. Artur believes in and supports work cultures that make diverse people belong, thrive, develop, and contribute extraordinarily to the goals of their organizations, maintaining their engagement and well-being. Artur holds a master’s degree in law from University of Wrocław and MBA from Wrocław University of Economics.
