Bart’s professional journey commenced in executive search in 2004, followed by roles at TomTom as an HR generalist in the Netherlands and the United States. His tenure as HR Director in TomTom’s Consumer Management Board and subsequent leadership role at bol.com emphasized his ability to drive significant change, including the redesign of organizational structures during periods of hypergrowth and transformations. Returning to TomTom, Bart assumed responsibility for their People Products, Services, and Communication teams across the globe.
Bart is a Dutch national, based in Amsterdam.
