After her journey through worldwide Global HRIS deployments and Global Big Data Solutions, Beatriz is joining this transformation journey of the UK’s largest ever telecoms merger. She is taking care of People Technology, Data and Analytics and she is looking forward to pushing to the next step developing the solution beyond basic services with a focus on using innovation in AI/ML, UX and predictive/prescriptive data to create a compelling people architecture with employee experience at its core.
